Some items will not be available for immediate shipment, it may not be in stock. If you need your order ASAP, please contact us. Otherwise, orders will take around two weeks, it is possible it could be longer if the item is on backorder. If you order is placed before 12 noon, EST, we will try to process it the same day. After 12 noon, it will be processed the next day.

International Orders will take an extra 5-6 days to process before the order is shipped out. This is due to the fact that we are the only warehouse that will ship Internationally, so we have to gather the items on the order together before shipping them out.

Standard U.S. Shipping:
All U.S. orders will be sent via the shipping option you choose during checkout. All packages include insurance and a tracking number. Expect your package within two weeks. If you must have your products by a certain date, then you should consider requesting special handling, which can be added at an additional cost. Please note that we do not show inventory on the website, some items may not be in stock. Some orders will take around two weeks, it is possible it could be longer depending on the item ordered. If the items ordered are in stock, expect your package between 2-5 days. Shipping charges will vary depending on the quantity and weight of your order. We ship Monday - Friday, within 1-2 days, depending on how many orders we need to process. Expedited orders will be
processed first. We are not open on the weekend.

Express Shipping:
We offer USPS Express Shipping and UPS Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day Air and Overnight Shipping. We reserve the right to choose which carrier to ship with.

International Shipping:
Please note that Renaissance Model is not responsible in any way for the payment of your countries customs and duties fee. That is your responsibility and is not included in the shipping costs that we charge. International customers will receive one shipment per order and there will be no backorders. Items that are available in stock will be put on hold and wait for the backorders to come in. However, if the International customer would like for items to be put on backorder and pay for them to be shipped (2 shipments), then we will gladly do so.

Damaged Items through Shipping:
If there is any damage in shipping, we cannot give you a refund, and you will have to put in a claim with your shipper. UPS is usually very fast about paying on their claims. You must pay your own shipping charges when sending back an item.

Our Return Policy:
Due to the nature of special occasion clothing, all sales are considered final. Unworn items in original condition may be exchanged for another size within 2 days of receipt. Defective items will be replaced if returned in unworn condition within two days of receipt. This does not mean we have to receive it within two days, but we must see that it is postmarked as such. To protect yourself, please inspect your items when you receive them and should you find an error, defect, or other problems, please notify us immediately so we can correct it!

If we determine for any reason that a refund is due, we will issue you an authorization for that return. Do not phone us for the code. Though we may be unavailable at times by phone, we are always answering email's, even by remote. Therefore, if you need to get a return code, please email us for it at support@renaissancemodel.com . Any returns received without an authorization code will be returned to the sender. If you decide you want to return your gown, you must do so within two days of receipt. This is our way of cutting down on the "wear and return" scam so prevalent in this industry...

Shipping costs are not refundable. If a refund is given, it is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Payment for an order constitutes implied agreement with and adherence to these terms, and the terms below.

**All special order items, if returned, will be accessed a re-stocking fee of 25%. Any special ordered items that are canceled before receiving those items, will also be accessed the re-stocking fee. All custom order items are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We reserve the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any reason by issuing a refund. Changes made by you after an order is placed will be accommodated if possible, but cannot be guaranteed. Any difference in price must be paid in advance.

Any alterations will be the buyer's responsibility. Skirts arrive with a self finished or serged hem which is ready to wear or be hemmed. We will not accept returns/exchanges on any items which have been altered, hemmed, worn, or otherwise changed by you.

Any liability is limited to a refund of your purchase price and is at the sole discretion of RenaissanceModel.com.
